Helping Hands offers a variety of opportunities for you to engage with others, feel encouraged, and work towards a stronger, healthier family! We offer community groups for men and women, a monthly family outing, a parenting education course, one-on-one goal-setting sessions and more.

Medical Services
The moment you find out you're pregnant, Helping Hands is ready to come alongside you. We're here to ensure you have accurate information for all your options, answer questions about pregnancy and help you prepare for your child. All of our medical services are free, including limited OB ultrasounds.

Material Assistance
Helping Hands works with families in preparation for their baby, and ongoing support afterwards. Men and women can earn credits when engaged in our programs and use those "credits" to purchase diapers, wipes, clothes, cribs, car seats, and more! Credits can also be turned in for gift cards.
